  • Brown hamburger and onion. Drain off fat. While the hamburger and onions are browning, cook noodles.
  • In a large casserole slice olives, add mushrooms, cut Velveeta cheese into chunks, add soups and milk and mix all ingredients together. Add hamburger and onion along with cooked noodles.
  • Bake covered in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. I serve this with a salad and rolls.

Notes

I don't remember where this recipe came from but my family named it Judy's Hotdish. I have tried the low fat soups, but it just doesn't taste the same and someone always says "what happened to the hotdish".
