  • Cut thin sliced apples...the smaller the better (skins all off, of course). Mix apples with brown sugar, white sugar and sprinkle cinnamon all over while mixing the sugars in it. The lots of cinnamon as possible. Then, add the lemon juice and mix well.
  • Pour apples into pie crust. Sprinkle cinnamon on the top of the pie before baking.
  • Oven baking at 400°F for 50 minutes or until golden brown.

This is for anybody who has sweet tooth...this isn't a dry pie, it's very juicy. Make sure you have silver foil under the pie pan in the stove! That juicy sugar melts out of the pan! So good......... This is something I've made since I was a young kid and made my own very easiest recipe ever and have made those every year for thanksgiving and other kinds of holidays...watched people trying it and they loved it! Topping??? Cool whip! It goes GREAT with it!
