  • Put peanut butter & frosting of choice into a microwaveable bowl. Microwave 1 minute on high power. Stir well.
  • Pour into a 8x8 inch foil lined cake pan.
  • Refrigerate 40 min. Take out & cut into pieces, put back into fridge until cold on bottom. Enjoy.

Creamy peanut butter can be used but takes longer to set up. The chocolate frosting I use is milk chocolate -- makes it taste like Reese’s peanut butter cups. I made this fudge & took to a Christmas gift exchange, there was none to bring home. Everyone wanted the recipe, & couldn't believe how easy to make.
