  • Boil eggs for 25 minutes, pour out hot water, and let cold water and ice cool eggs off for 15 to 20 minutes. Half eggs and set a side. In a large bowl mix egg yolks, salad dressing or mayonnaise (I use salad dressing), sweet relish, vinegar, and mustard.
  • When adding garlic power and onion powder add slowly, taste as you go, add more or as little as you want (note you don’t want to add too much of these two ingredients, just enough to give it some zing) Then add Tony Chachere's original seasonings, mix well. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Spoon mix into egg halves. After this is done sprinkle paprika over eggs. Put your eggs in your refrigerator and enjoy them at will.


When adding all these ingredients, make sure you taste the mix as you go; you may want to add more salad dressing or mayonaise, sweet relish or something. I made up the recipe one year and my husband and son won't leave them alone, when I am making these eggs for a party. Note: make these eggs the night before your party and let them sit overnight. I keep getting asked if I am making my famous Deviled eggs every time.
