  • Crust: Mix crumbs & margarine in 9” pie pan. Press firmly & evenly over sides & bottom of pan to form crust.
  • Beat cream cheese until fluffy & light. Add sweetened condensed milk & blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon/lime juice & vanilla. Turn into crust.
  • Refrigerate 3-4 hrs or until firm. (Do not freeze.) Top with chilled cherry filling before serving or other thickened fruit. Chill.

Notes

To create a Key Lime Pie Cheesecake - substitute the lemon or lime constitute with about 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed lime juice and top with lime zest. Refrigerate overnight for best results.
