  • Cut up chicken into small cubes and cook up in a large skillet. Once chicken is almost completely cooked through, add garlic, teriyaki, and then lastly, the honey. Bring to a low boil, and then reduce heat, letting the sauce infuse with the chicken.
  • While the chicken is simmering, cook the instant mashed potatoes as directed, then add, milk and soup. (Add margarine if too thick, or more instant potatoes if too thin)
  • In a small saucepan, mash carrots, and then fold in maple syrup until completely infused together on a medium heat.
  • Once chicken is finished, and everything is ready, you're ready to build your wraps. First, spoon on a tortilla a line of chicken, making sure to spoon over a bit of sauce onto the chicken as well. Then scoop on the mashed potatoes, then carrots. Dollop on some sour cream, then top with French fried onions. Wrap up and enjoy!

Special Equipment Needed

This is a fun meal that adds all the good stuff, but presents it in a way that even kids will like it. This has a sweet taste, with the cheesy smooth taste from the potatoes, the candied zing from the carrots, and the salty, sweet taste of the chicken. It combines great flavor in a convenient wrap! My family loves wrap night!
