I call this "kitchen sink" baked beans because I add whatever I have on hand. You can add more sugary items if you like sweet beans, or more heat if you like the spice. You can leave off the ground red pepper and toss in a can of diced tomatoes with green chili peppers before baking. But I would drain the tomatoes and not use as much ketchup, mustard, or Worcestershire so that they aren't too soupy.
