  • Butterfly chicken breasts so that each piece is about the same size and thickness. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in baking pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place a slice of Kraft Deli Style Swiss Cheese on top of each chicken breast.
  • Combine the can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup with white wine (or milk). Pour soup/wine mixture over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle stuffing mix cubes over the top. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing.
  • Bake in 300 degrees F oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serve over rice or egg noodles.


You can add more wine or milk to the soup mixture if you want a dish with more gravy. You can also add another slice of cheese to each chicken breast if you want a richer taste. Only use a very small amount of salt to season the breasts with for a more moist, tender chicken. This dish is a great one that can be held after it is done in a warm over for about an hour or so, if needed. Add a small side salad and presto dinner is ready!
