  • Combine Kraft Dressing, hot sauce and chicken into a heavy duty zip top plastic bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours.
  • Pour oil to dept of 1 inch in a 12-inch frying pan. Heat oil to 350. Meanwhile, drain chicken, discarding Kraft mixture. Combine flour, ground red pepper, onion powder and black pepper in a bowl. Dredge chicken in flour mixture; set chicken on clean plate for 2 minutes.
  • Place 3 pieces chicken in oil, skin side down. Cook, uncovered for 15 to 20 or until golden brown, turning occasionally. Drain chicken on paper towels. Place chicken on wire rack in baking pan; in oven at 325F while you cook the rest of chicken.

Nothing tastes better in the summer time than fried chicken when you give it a extra kick. Kraft dressing gives it the extra kick you need in fried chicken. I sometimes use Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing or Kraft Light Zesty Italian Dressing too.
