  • Prepare Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Original per light directions on box, using 1/4 cup fat free milk and 1 Tbsp. margarine. Set aside.
  • Brown ground turkey in medium skillet. Add 3/4 cup water and taco seasoning packet. Simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Warm refried beans in microwave for 2 minutes on high in microwavable bowl. Set aside.
  • On large plate or serving dish, place a layer of tortilla chips. Add macaroni and cheese on top of tortilla chips. Add refried beans on top of macaroni and cheese. Add ground turkey on top of beans. Add grated cheese on top of ground turkey. Add olives on top of grated cheese. Drop sour cream by teaspoonfuls on top of nachos. Serve with your favorite taco sauce or salsa.

This is a favorite of my family. We usually place all ingredients in separate serving dishes on the dinner table and everyone builds their own nachos on their plate. My two year old son loves "making his own" dinner.
