  • Fill up a large kettle with cold water and bring it to a boil on high heat. Then place the potatoes whole & unpeeled and boil for 45 minutes no longer.
  • Once the 45 minutes are up place the potatoes on a dish and put them in the fridge for 2 hours to cool. After the 2 hours are up, peel them and cut them to desired size you wish.
  • Place the potatoes in the container that you'll be using. Then pour the Italian Dressing over them. Place the lid on and put them in the fridge for 6 hours.
  • Mix the 1/2 cup mayo and onion together, and store in the fridge. Once the 6 hours are up mix the mayo mixture into the potatoes and you are all done. ENJOY!!!!!!

Special Equipment Needed


During the 6 hours of the potatoes fridge time stir them gently often. You can also use low fat or fat free products for this. DO NOT DOUBLE THIS RECIPE AT ONE TIME.
