  • Dice chicken into small strips. In frying pan, add chicken and soy sauce, simmer on low heat until chicken is cooked all the way through (10-15 minutes).
  • Add ginger and honey and stir occasionally until it becomes a glaze (5 minutes).

Notes

You may add more soy sauce to make it less of a glaze and more of a juice. You can use this recipe to make an easy tasty stir fry by adding some of you favorite vegetables such as pea pods, broccoli, green beans, zucchini, or carrots for some color.
