  • Cook beef, onions, garlic, and parsley in pan; add salt and pepper. Drain meat and add sauce. (Add as much salt and pepper as you want.) Boil noodles for 10 minutes. Drain water and set in cold water till meat is done.
  • When all done, spray pan with cooking spray. Put 2 cups of sauce and meat on pan, than 3 noodles, than add cheese, then noodles, sauce and meat, cheese, noodles, sauce and meat, and cheese.
  • Always 3 noodles, 2 cups of sauce and meat, and about 1 1/3 cups cheese for each layer, then put foil on top of pan.
  • Cook on 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Then remove foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes, and then remove.

This is what I cook for my family of picky eaters, since they don’t like ricotta cheese and the eggs added in. My family loves it. Hopefully you picky eaters will too.
