  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. In 12 inch skillet cook ground beef until brown, drain fat. Stir in crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and olive oil. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 2. Spread a small amount of tomato mixture in a 3 qt rectangular baking dish. Arrange 1/3 of uncooked noodles in dish, breaking ends to fit, if necessary. Spread 1/3 of the ricotta over noodles. Spoon 1/3 of tomato mixture over ricotta. Top with 1/3 mozzarella and 1/3 parmesan. Repeat layers of noodles, ricotta, tomato, mozzarella, and parmesan 2 more times. Sprinkle with parsley.
  • 3. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour or until heated through. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
