  • Mix ground beef together with diced onion, 4 oz. tomato sauce, egg, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.
  • Form into a loaf, place into 9" x 13" greased, glass baking dish. Then make indentations in the loaf.
  • Prepare sauce: Mix all ingredients together and pour it over the meatloaf.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

This recipe has been a long time favorite at our house, and everyone who has ever eaten it has said it is the best they have ever had! This meatloaf is yummy! It also makes delicious cold meatloaf sandwiches, IF there are ever any leftovers! Mrs. LaVonne D. Parke
