  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom of 8 x 13 in pan.
  • In large bowl, mix yellow cake mix, butter & water together with fork. Dough will be thick and crumbly, mix until well blended. Spread dough onto bottom of pan and bake for about 10 minutes until set.
  • In another bowl, mix cream cheese until soft with electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time until blended. Next, add confectioners' sugar. Mix well and pour on top of dough.
  • Bake for about 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Toothpick should not come out clean. Cool for about 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
