  • In large pot prepare spaghetti, but cook for 2 minutes less than directions (cooking will be complete during baking). Drain and set aside.
  • Saute fresh mushroom, you can add a bit of white wine to mushrooms this is optional.
  • Mix together soup, water, mayonnaise, sauteed mushrooms, Swiss cheese and cubed turkey. Add spaghetti and mix well.
  • Place in casserole dish and bake at 425°F until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve with a green salad.

Notes

Do not omit mayonnaise in this recipe. Light mayonnaise can be used, but it is not as tasty as regular. If you don´t have any leftover turkey, this is just as good with chicken. Also may add green peas.
