  • Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and cool. Combine butter oil and crumbs; blend well. Press into the bottom of a 9" springform pan. Chill.
  • Process sugar and cottage cheese until smooth. Slowly add cooled gelatin. Pour into crust and chill overnight.
  • Mix sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan and stir in water. Add 1 cup blueberries. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and process until smooth.
  • Refrigerate until cooled. Run a knife around the pan to loosen cake. Remove sides of pan. Spread berry mix on top and garnish with leftover berries.
