  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In plastic resealable bag, combine flour, parmesan cheese and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. In medium saute pan, heat olive oil on medium high heat. Saute chicken on both sides for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside. In same pan bring cream to a simmer. Remove from heat, add wine and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
  • Place chicken in 2 quart casserole dish. Pour cream mixture over chicken. Cut remaining lemons in quarters. Place in casserole dish along side chicken.
  • Bake chicken, covered, for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear. Sprinkle with parlsey and serve.
