  • Preheat broiler. Line broiling pan with aluminum foil. Mix parmesan cheese, butter, mayo, lemon juice. Season mixture with basil, pepper, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix well and set aside.
  • Broil single layer of fillets for 2-3 minutes; Flip and repeat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove and cover with mixture on top side. Broil for 2 more minutes or until topping is brown and fish flakes with fork. Enjoy!

Notes

This is great with steamed veggies!
