  • Preheat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. After oil is thin in skillet add garlic, green pepper, and onion and cook until thoroughly heated.
  • Next add the clams with the juice inside the can and red wine. Reduce for 5 min. After the sauce has been reduced add spaghetti sauce and rest of the seasonings.
  • When everything is almost bubbling add the mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Kraft Parmesan cheese on top when ready to eat. After the mushrooms are cooked to liking add the sauce to cooked linguini and mix completely.

Special Equipment Needed


When boiling the water for the linguini add a little olive oil to keep it from sticking together and some salt for taste. If you like seafood you can add frozen seafood mixture to the olive oil and cook until soft. Use the juice that came from the seafood thawing while cooking. Do not discard it. This is a one skillet recipe without having to stop.
