  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown ground beef and onion.
  • Add enchilada sauce, tomato soup and Worcestershire. Let simmer 10 minutes.
  • Spray a 9 1/2 x 11 baking pan with nonstick spray. Cut Velveeta Cheese into small slices. Place slice of Velveeta and a spoonful of sauce in flour tortilla, then roll closed and place in baking pan. Continue until pan is full. Top with remaining cheese slices and remaining sauce.
  • Bake in 350 degrees F oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Notes

I often double this recipe. Many also like to have sour cream on their serving. I find that this is a quick and hearty meal. If you find your sauce is to thin....you can take a tablespoon of flour mixed with a little warm water in the tomato soup can and then poured in, the sauce mixture will thicken it.

I made this dinner last night. What a terrific surprise! It was something that EVERYBODY just loved! 2 in my family like spicy food and 2 can't stand it. This meal is able to please everyone! We just had salsa and sour cream for on the side and it worked VERY well. Advise anyone else to try this out. This is also VERY quick to throw together.
