  • Cut up onion, cook in pan with olive oil till brown. Add liver and cook only till golden brown on both sides and pink in middle.
  • Add soy sauce till it covers liver, bring to boil. Turn down heat for a few minutes.
  • Add rice, turn off heat, and let sit till rice is done.

Notes

Good served with Chinese vegetables.
