  • Arrange chicken breasts in baking dish. Combine mayo, cheese and seasoning until mixed well. Cover top sides of chicken breasts with mayo mixture until covered.
  • Bake covered at 350 degrees, for 45 minutes. Then top chicken with pepperoni slices and bake uncovered until lightly browned and chicken is cooked throughout.
  • Note: for frozen chicken breasts, increase baking time and decrease oven temperature.


This recipe has virtually no carbs if you are on the NO/LOW CARB DIET.

    My husband and I loved this! Served with bread sticks (for him) and broccoli. I am doing low carb, he is not. Added a little shredded pizza cheese on top.
