  • Cook spaghetti, drain, coat with oil, and set aside. In a cup mix soy sauce and sugar, set aside.
  • In a frying pan add oil, 7-8 crushed cloves garlic, fresh ginger, and all veggies except scallions. Saute until just wilted, set aside.
  • Clean pan, add more oil, ginger, and garlic. Add cooked spaghetti toss, add soy sauce mixture and toss spaghetti until evenly coated. Add veggies toss, sprinkle with scallions, and serve.
