  • Wash potatoes, cut up into chunks with skin on. Add to large pot of water along with the Mrs. Dash, cook until they are barely tender. While the potatoes cook, boil eggs for 15 minutes. Cook bacon on medium heat. Bacon should be done before potatoes. Potatoes should be done before the eggs.
  • Drain the potatoes, let them cool off!! This is very important, toss once to cool faster. While the potatoes cool, drain eggs, put into cool water and roll. Peel and chop!
  • Then add 3/4 of the bacon (set some aside for garnish), chopped celery, cheddar cheese, onion; toss lightly. Add mayo and sour cream. Add chopped hard boiled eggs. Toss lightly, try not to over mix. Top with parsley and bacon. Cool in fridge or eat hot…I like mine cold.
