  • Brown ground beef and break into small pieces. Drain off all fat. Pat with paper towel to remove all fat. Very important!
  • Add taco seasoning. Stir in water, beer, and tomato paste. Simmer 10 minutes, cover. Transfer to baking dish. Add cheese.
  • Bake at 325 degrees F for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve warm. Use tortilla chips for dipping.

Notes

Can use any kind of beer; Bud, Millers, etc. Drain all fat from meat is very very important. If you are a cheese lover, add more. Can be mild or sharp.
