I found the prep took the longest cutting everything up that is why I put one hour for total. It is a little spicy so be forewarned . we loved it wWhile saugae was browning I cut everything else up and with seasonings put into one bowl and dumped it into frypan when sausage was done.
I like the addition of the red peppers and
celery & made for an attractive presentation.
I used what was on hand; one can Red kidney
& one can of Chili Beans. Quick & easy to make.
