  • Take the package of Jell-O and prepare as directed and refrigerate. This according to the box if done the conventional method should take 4 hours. Cut papaya into dices.
  • Measure 3/4 cup of the prepared sugar free Jell-O into a blender. (The rest of the Jell-O can be used for a future shake or be had with the leftover whipped topping later.) Next put milk, ice, papaya, and sugar substitute in blender too. Blend on High for 2 minutes or until ice is thouroughly crushed.
  • Pour shake into glasses and spoon the Cool Whip topping on top.

Notes

An even lower calorie approach is to use skim milk and Cool Whip Lite whipped topping.
