  • 1) Combine the cream cheese, salsa, and ranch dressing mix in a mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
  • 2) Spread about 2 1/2 tablespoons of the cream mixture onto a tortilla
  • 3) Top with 1/2 cup finely chopped lettuce
  • 4) Place another tortilla on top and repeat the layers three more times.
  • 5) Put the fifth tortilla on top to complete the stack. Press the top down firmly with your hands and cut onto 12 pie wedges
  • 6) Repeat the process with the 5 other tortillas and remaining ingredients
  • 7) Dip the tortilla wedges in salsa, if desired.

Special Equipment Needed


If you like really spicy food, you could also add Tabasco sauce to the cream cheese mixture.
