  • Beat margarine & Splenda for 2 min. until crumbly. Add egg, then egg white, beating well after each addition. Beat until light & fluffy. Stir in the bananas, applesauce, honey, and vanilla. Combine the flours, baking soda & salt; stir into rest until just moistened.
  • Place in muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake in 325 degrees F oven for 20 minutes. Very tasty and filling!
