  • Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and mix well.
  • Cover and cook 2 hours on low setting (must cook on low or cheeses will burn, sorry no cutting corners here guys).

Notes

You can use any of your favorite vegetables, I like to use zucchini, yellow summer squash, color bell peppers, celery and broccolini. Another yummy alternative would be cooked shrimp...any seafood lover will love this instead of the ordinary shrimp cocktail. This is also great over grilled chicken and steaks. Enjoy!
