  • Melt butter in non-stick skillet on Medium heat. Add 1 cup shredded cheese in a heap and allow to melt.
  • Once cheese has begun to brown on the edges and can be turned with a spatula, flip cheese and allow the other side to crisp.
  • Once cheese is crispy on both sides, remove from heat to a paper towel to drain excess butter and repeat steps with another cup of cheese.
  • Cut crispy cheese into squares. Makes about 12 small crackers per cup of cheese.
