  • Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Sprinkle the garlic powder and taco seasoning onto the chicken and roll around to make sure each piece is coated. Sautee the chicken pieces in the olive oil stirring frequently as the spices will darken, until done.
  • Cover the shells in saran wrap and heat for 15 seconds in the microwave. Take a shell and place it on a microwave safe plate. Add a layer of chicken and a handful of cheese on top of that and cover with another shell.
  • Heat in microwave for 15 more seconds to melt cheese. Add lettuce on top and use salsa or ranch or both as a topping.

Very easy preparation and fantastic tasting to be low carb!!!!
