  • Wrap each Kraft Swiss Cheese cube very well with a strip of bacon. If using the shrimp or mushrooms, cut them in a butterfly cut and fill them with the Kraft Cheese Cube and wrap them with the bacon strip.
  • Place them in a microwave safe container with cover. Let them cook for 5 minutes then turn them to finish cooking for another 5 minutes or so (always check them!!! - every microwave is different)
  • Or you can use the stove, and cook them for 10 minutes or to your taste. No need to add oil.
  • Let cool for a few minutes cheese is very hot.

Special Equipment Needed


Serve with celery, or any vegetable you prefer, with a low carb dressing for dipping or use Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese and make your one favorite dip. Enjoy!!! Miriam
