  • Melt butter in microwave safe bowl, remove and stir in salt, pepper and garlic salt. Pour frozen vegetables into mix and coat well, quickly.
  • Place in shallow casserole dish in oven at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • When veggies are tender crisp, add cheese and stir through. Place oven on broil. Put veggies back in oven and broil until top is golden in spots. Watch carefully, don't burn on broil!

Special Equipment Needed


To spice it up, you can add some chili powder, hot pepper flakes or seeds or some seasoning salt of you favorite brand. If it is too bland, add more of the garlic salt and pepper.
