  • Thoroughly wash chicken breasts under cold water and set aside. Pour yogurt into a large zipper freezer bag. Mix flour and bread crumbs together in another zipper freezer bag. Place chicken in yogurt bag and cover completely then dip in flour bread crumb mixture.
  • Place chicken breasts on a cookie sheet coated with non stick cooking spray. Repeat with all 4 breasts. Once all of your chicken is on the cookie sheet spray the top of the chicken with 4-6 sprays of cooking spray.
  • Place in a 375 degree oven for 40-50 minutes or until juices run clear turning chicken once, half way through cooking. The final result a juicy "fried" chicken taste. Our favorite side dish with this is cheesy rice with broccoli.

Special Equipment Needed


This recipe is awesome with one of two variations, or both. Substitute boneless pork chops or loin for the chicken breasts. The pork comes out very tender and juicy. Also, if you like a zestier breading, use plain bread crumbs and add your own dry spices. We like a hearty Creole or chipotle.
