  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 15x10x1 inch baking pan with Pam. Line the bottom of the pan with waxed paper and spray the paper with Pam.
  • Prepare cake mix as directed on the package using only the flour, water, and egg. Pour into the pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool and remove from the pan.
  • Cut the cake in half. Place one layer on the platter; Spread with the Cool Whip and strawberries. Place other layer of cake on top and use remaining Cool Whip to frost. Needs to be refrigerated.
