  • Prepare fresh strawberries sliced lengthwise for one bite sized portion. Slice Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese in small chunks. Prepare about an hour prior and refrigerate.
  • Arrange Triscuit Crackers on platter.
  • Apply cream cheese chunk then slice of strawberry and you can garnish with a sprig of mint.

Notes

I was so excited to have my recipe rated and hopefully put into right portions and maybe the caloric amount measured. The cream cheese applied first keeps the Triscuit Crackers from getting too soggy if made in advance.
