  • Mix all the ingredients in order in a large bowl except the tortillas.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9x12-inch pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then cut the tortillas into triangle pieces and place on top of this mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until bubbly.

Notes

This is a great fast dish and can be low fat or fattened up if using butter, regular cheddar cheese, whole milk, and fat tortillas.
