  • Scoop out the insides of a room-temperature bagel, place in toaster oven on medium-low.
  • Spray a small plastic, microwave safe, container and place in 2 egg whites. Scramble them up and put it in the microwave for a little over 1 minute. When eggs are done, place sausage patty in microwave for recommended time on box.
  • Take out bagel, place egg, then cheese, and then sausage on the bottom half of the bagel. Then, place top on and place back into the toaster on medium.


This is a great and healthy alternative to the high-fat, empty calorie breakfasts at McDonald's and Dunk N Donuts. With around 200 calories, these are fantastic!!! If your in a morning rush, make the egg and sausage the night before, then toast the scooped bagel in the morning, place the egg and sausage in with the cheese, retoast, and there's an even quicker way!!
