  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with nonstick spray. Mix parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning together with a fork. Sprinkle on both sides of chicken tenders.
  • Arrange chicken on bottom of baking dish. Cut zucchini into 1-inch slices, and then cut each slice into 1/4 chunks. Arrange on top of chicken. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and zucchini.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, covered with foil. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese; bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Serve over pasta, with a side salad.
