  • 1. Heat Slow Cooker until hot. Mix chopped onion, chicken broth, and Kool-Aid, and BBQ sauce until well blended.
  • 2. Place skinless turkey or chicken in slow cooker and pour mixture over meat. Bring meat to boil and turn down to a medium heat.
  • 3. Leave the lid on the meat and check in about 30 minutes for tenderness and cooked through.
  • 4. Serve hot or cold for dinner or lunches.

Notes

Do not add salt. Serve in a sandwich or on lettuce leaf to cut carbohydartes. Serve with steamed vegetables. The poultry may be grilled. Meanwhile simmer the sauce until thickened and serve over meat when ready to serve.
