  • 1.) Set the oven for 375 degrees F.
  • 2.) For the crust process 1/4 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sour cream, and butter in a food processor until it forms into a ball.
  • 3.) Take ball of dough out of the food processor and put into a 10 by 10 pie pan.
  • 4.) Use your hands to press evenly on the bottom and along the sides.
  • 5.) Once the oven is preheated to 375, put in the oven for about 12 or 13 minutes.
  • 6.) When the timer beeps take the crust out and set the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 7.) Slice peaches into 8 slices and spiral the peaches around the pie pan until the bottom is completely covered.
  • 8.) For the filling, blend sugar, 3/4 cup sour cream, eggs, and 1/4 cup flour with a blender.
  • 9.) Pour the filling over the peaches. Smooth the filling out as well as possible.
  • 10.) Once the oven is set to 350, put it into the oven for about an hour or until custard is set.
