  • Prepare Kraft Macaroni and Cheese dinner according to package directions. Set aside when done.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, break 10 eggs and mix with a fork until consistency is uniform throughout. Unwrap cheese slices and break into large pieces. Add cheese to the egg mixture.
  • In a large skillet, add the egg and cheese mixture along with the cooked macaroni and cheese. Over medium heat, stir and scrape the egg and macaroni mixture as it cooks. Continue stirring until the eggs are done to desired consistency. Serve immediately.

Special Equipment Needed


Use a straight bottom spatula and scrape the bottom of the skillet while the eggs are cooking in order to keep them from sticking to the bottom of the skillet and forming a skin. The eggs are done when they begin to separate from the macaroni. The cheese will make the eggs extra moist, so be careful not to overcook them. This is a delicious meal and kids love it. Adults also love it even though it makes them laugh when you first tell them about it. The macaroni and cheese can be prepared in advance and refrigerated before use. This shortens the prep time for breakfast to about 15 minutes.
