Special Equipment Needed


Don’t overcook macaroni or broccoli or they'll disintegrate when you fold them in. This can be served immediately, but it's better if refrigerated several hours first to let the flavors develop. Fresh, raw asparagus tips can be substituted for the parboiled broccoli florets. For a reduced calorie version, use fat-free mayonnaise and light sour cream.
