  • COOK macaroni as directed on package. Meanwhile, cut butter into small pieces and place in bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • DRAIN macaroni. Place half of the macaroni over butter in baking dish; sprinkle with 1 cup each of the cheeses. Beat the egg and milk with wire whisk until well blended. Pour half of the egg mixture over ingredients in baking dish. Repeat layers of macaroni, cheeses and egg mixture. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
  • BAKE at 350°F for 15 min. Remove from oven; stir until well blended. Bake an additional 15 min. or until heated through and golden brown.

I picked it out because my 6-year-old loves mango and it did not disappoint. He ate two helpings and my 2.5 year old cleared his plate as well. We cut the chicken up and put it into the mango sauce and served it like that. The mango does not stay yellow-orange like the picture. Overall this dish was the best "new" meal we've had in a while.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful recipe! Wonderful recipe! Tastes great. Messy prepartation, but then I don't try to be neat. I used the fresh mango (the first time I've tried fresh mango) and wasn't familiar with the difficulty of separating it from the seed but otherwise was easy to make. The couscous was a nice alternitive to rice.

Didn't have time to let the mangos ripen, so I peeled and cut them into chunks and cooked them in orange juice in the skillet to soften them, then added the other salsa ingredients. Great Flavor!
