  • Push pizza dough into large baking sheet. Dab butter onto bottom crust to keep soft.
  • Layer: cheese, crispy potatoes, meat, then keep layering. When done layering, top should be layered with shredded cheese. Mix eggs and milk and pour over entire mixture. Salt lightly and add pepper.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Let set for 5 minutes and serve hot. Cut into large squares.

Notes

It is very filling. Can be reheated.
