My 4 year old daughter and I got inspired by your pecan bar recipe that was in the 2004 holiday issue. We're not big fans of nuts but we love fruit. We've been making these bars for our family and friends, everyone just can't seem to get enough of them. We bake them one day and by the next day, they're gone! This is also a great recipe to get the kids involved in, there's soooo much that they can do to help prepare it. We hope you enjoy the way that we've re-created one of your wonderful recipes! P.S. I always hide a few in the back of the fridge to last me thruout the week, shhhh....don't tell.
