  • Place vegetable oil in large frying pan, and heat on stove top on medium heat. While that is heating- place garlic salt and flour in medium mixing bowl and whisk slowly to mix salt and flour together. Place flour mixture in plastic bag and set aside.
  • Then rinse thighs one at a time under lukewarm water to remove any blood or loose parts, and set on clean dry dinner plate. Take two thighs at a time and place them in bag containing flour mixture, close top of bag making a bubble of air around chicken, hold firm in one hand and shake vigorously until parts are coated all around. Open bag, remove thighs, and place in hot oil. Repeat until all parts are cooking.
  • Turn thighs over with prongs after 8 minutes and let cook for 10 minutes on second side, then flip once again and let cook for 6 minutes. Poke with fork in the fattest part of thigh, if blood appears cook for 5 extra minutes, then poke once again, should run clear. Keep repeating last step until thighs juice runs clear.
